Responsibilities
Ensuring that our enterprise clients derive maximum value from our construction intelligence platform
Cultivating deep, strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of both the SaaS product and operational services
Serving as the trusted advisor, overseeing complex portfolio rollouts, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple touch points
Managing high-touch, high-value accounts
Leveraging project management skills to guide customers through all stages of their journey, from onboarding to ongoing support and growth
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights
Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and successful outcomes
Experience in managing high-touch, high-value accounts
