Senior Accounting and Operations Specialist
PRINTING United Alliance is the largest national graphic arts trade association representing an industry with approximately one million employees. The Senior Accounting and Operations Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations, and assisting with month-end close activities.

Responsibilities
Perform accounts payable duty for various legal entities and oversee daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment execution
Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and payment terms
Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor inquiries and dispute resolution
Manage and prepare company expense card reconciliations
Support billing and accounts receivable
Perform financial analysis including monthly variance analysis
Assist in preparing journal entries and supporting schedules for the month-end close
Prepare and maintain monthly reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts including AP, accruals, and other assigned accounts
Assist with audit preparation and participate in meetings with the accounting department
Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
3-5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in nonprofit accounting preferred (Association, Foundation, or similar)
Experience managing and communicating with vendors
Customer service mindset
Preferred
Proficiency with excel is preferred
