Responsibilities

Lead the construction of valid, fair, and reliable certification exams for global administration across multiple test delivery providers (TDPs), while also ensuring they meet industry standards and requirements

Manage relationships with external contributors and vendors, ensuring collaboration and adherence to project timelines

Analyze data, draw actionable conclusions, and implement improvements based on findings

Work with AI and incorporate digital solutions into processes

Required

5+ years of exam program management and development experience

Knowledge of certification industry standards and processes

Knowledge of tailoring assessments to meet ADA and other international accommodation regulations

Strong attention to detail, with excellent QA/QC skills to ensure accuracy of exam build and scoring logic

Ability to manage relationships with external contributors and vendors, ensuring collaboration and adherence to project timelines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant exam development software

Proven ability to analyze data, draw actionable conclusions, and implement improvements based on findings

Ability to work with AI and incorporate digital solutions into processes

Preferred

Bachelor's degree, international equivalent, or Institute of Credentialing Excellence's Credentialing Specialist Certificate preferred

Knowledge of external accreditations (e.g. ANSI/ISO/IEC 17024, ISO/IEC 9001, NCCA) preferred

Multilingual skills and experience working in multicultural environments are a plus
