Qualification
Required
Admitted attorney in New York
Experience in juvenile delinquency proceedings
Ability to carry a caseload and manage all aspects of practice
Experience in community outreach and engagement
Experience in case investigation
Experience in motion practice
Experience in conducting extensive discovery
Experience in courtroom litigation including pre-trial hearings, trials, and dispositional hearings
Ability to participate in a citywide rotation of night and weekend court assignments
Willingness to attend community events and meetings in the evening and weekend hours
