Fourth Floor is representing a prestigious fine jewelry Maison seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships. The role involves providing a high-touch luxury shopping experience while actively developing a loyal client base and maintaining the brand's luxury standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver an elevated client experience through attentive, personalized service
Develop in-depth knowledge of fine jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and styling
Represent the brand in alignment with its luxury standards, image, and values
Curate jewelry selections tailored to each client’s individual taste and lifestyle
Share the Maison’s heritage and creative story in a compelling and authentic manner
Anticipate client needs and adapt service to ensure satisfaction
Actively engage in client outreach, follow-up, and relationship development
Coordinate and manage client deliveries, exchanges, and repair processes
Maintain accurate sales records and client profiles within the sales system
Proactively identify opportunities to attract new clientele both inside and outside the boutique
Oversee daily inventory handling, replenishment, and proper storage of merchandise
Support quality control efforts to ensure product excellence
Process transactions including cash, credit, and tax-related documentation in compliance with policies
Ensure all purchases are presented with refined and elegant packaging
Maintain a pristine, welcoming boutique environment at all times

Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail setting
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for client engagement
Strong interest in luxury, fashion, and fine jewelry

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred
Multilingual abilities are a plus
