Regional Referral Partner Manager

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and supervise all Referral Partners within the designated region
Develop a regional business development model to include capture
Supervise the execution of all contractual requirements from RPs within the region to include collection and remuneration to RPs
Recruit, onboard, train and retain RPs within the region
Accelerate the growth of the Referral Partner revenue stream, with objectives of 300% growth in 2026
Encourage and incentivize RPs in order to achieve growth objectives
Manage all data associated with the Referral Partner program to include performance, total addressable market, lost opportunities, and other data centric measures of performance
Develop automated systems of record to facilitate more efficient production by RPs

Required

2-4 years of experience in a service industry, reporting, agriculture, or sales management
Either a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or qualifications as a realtor, broker, financial advisor
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Comfort communicating with clients, and internal teams via email, phone, and video
Strong leadership, and organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

Familiarity with agricultural operations or soil sampling practices
Experience with Pipedrive (or CRM software), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
Commercial Real estate experience or Certified Public Accountant
