Responsibilities
Manage a team that will perform financial activity tasks that include analyzing, evaluating, reporting, planning, or modifying a wide variety of telecommunication installation types
Provide daily guidance, assistance, and supervision of Procurement Coordinators
Clearly identify job and project priorities to meet departmental and company objectives
Set appropriate project reporting on financials, budgets, and inventory
Ensure the team manages project budgets, reports all accounting and inventory variances, and processes job closings in a timely manner
Work with leadership and other departments to improve employee processes and procedures to gain efficiency within the department and across the company
Work with internal departments to enhance reporting systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent work experience
1 years of general accounting experience
1 years of management experience
Preferred
Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Development and knowledge of financial and accounting standards related to capital expenditures, accruals, and forecasting
Ability to place purchase orders/change orders accurately and timely with vendors, as directed by the construction teams
Review and process vendor invoices
Track inventory usage during construction cycle
Analyze and report variances from project estimates
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel formulations, Word, Outlook
