Responsibilities
Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager
Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products
Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low
Be proficient in the POS system and stay updated on ongoing in-store promotions
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures
Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure board compliance at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store at all times
Qualification
Required
Guest Service Experience: 1 year
High School or equivalent
Preferred
Salon Experience
Current Esthetic Students
Benefits
15% net product commissions
Membership and package sale bonuses of $5-$40 per sale
