They are seeking a Summer Strategy Intern to support the development and execution of growth strategies for Paramount Products & Experiences, requiring strong analytical and strategic skills.

Responsibilities

Construct financial/analytical models in support of various strategic opportunities, potential acquisitions, and other financial deals. Summarize and communicate key learnings to senior management

Collaborate and coordinate with members of the Paramount P&E strategy and executive team in the development and execution of key global growth initiatives - particularly as they relate to new media platforms, new business opportunities, and geographic expansion

Identify, define, and analyze trends/strategies across major markets in relation to the consumer products (e.g., toys, apparel, home, CPG), publishing, and experiences (e.g., theme parks) industries

Identify areas of research and perform appropriate qualitative and quantitative analyses; perform primary and secondary research as needed

Create compelling, persuasive presentation materials to communicate key learnings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior level executives

Proactively identify new growth opportunities (e.g., new product categories/channels, alternate business models, emerging trends)

Participate in variety of senior meetings with professionalism and credibility

Required

2+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or investment banking role highly desired

You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June

Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis

Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships
