The role involves forming fiberglass, supervising safety and quality, and training new outfitters, while maintaining equipment and a clean work environment.

Responsibilities
Forms fiberglass into a mold and removes air voids
Leads and supervises with overseeing safety and quality of parts
Helps the lead and supervisor control the cost in the area
Plays a key role in training new outfitters
Runs and maintains equipment in use
Keeps work area clean, safe, and hazard free
Helps push molds
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work as a Team
Ability to give and receive spoken and written direction
Must know start up and shut down procedures of equipment
Ability for rapid mental and muscular Depth perception
Coordination simultaneously
Must have no fiberglass
Light lifting, under 20 lbs
Light carrying, under 20 lbs
Moderate lifting, 21-59 lbs
Moderate carrying, 21 – 59 lbs
