Responsibilities

Responsible for integration and oversight of all aspects of weapon system engineering processes including configuration control and management across multiple products

Requirements development and documentation

Requirements coordination and integration

Traceability and flow down

Specification development (system, segment, and component) support

Review support and management

Systems engineering coordination across the AGM-158 Flex enterprise

Generating and presenting technical and administrative systems engineering materials to a wide variety of customers as well as internal LM teammates

Supporting BA capture activities, program planning, and proposal development include cost estimation, schedule/planning development, and BoE generation

Supporting a variety of cross discipline technical teams at least at the IPT lead level

Required

BS in Engineering, Business Administration (or related disciplines)

minimum of 10 years' related experience

experience in the development of both flight demonstration as well as production programs

experience leading and integrating multiple organizations including engineering, manufacturing, quality, business management, cost tracking and management, business development and proposal support, and customer relations

capable of generating and presenting technical and administrative systems engineering materials to a wide variety of customers as well as internal LM teammates

active Secret security clearance

excellent written and verbal communication skills

familiar with the organizational structure and operational requirements of the LM-MFC organization

experience supporting BA capture activities, program planning, and proposal development including cost estimation, schedule/planning development, and BoE generation

experience supporting a variety of cross discipline technical teams at least at the IPT lead level
