Responsibilities
Ensure the deployed Business Insight teams are functioning at a highly effective level and insights generated are used to develop sustainable strategies and best in class marketing execution
Ensure that appropriate research methodologies, best practices and internal processes are implemented across the BI team
Ensure appropriate analytics are used by the Brand Teams to help in making the best decisions in an efficient manner
Lead and coordinate assigned Business Insight Directors, facilitating sharing of research best practices and communicate insights across AZ
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in relevant field
Prior people management experience in a market research/analytical setting
Experience of leading a large team
Strong process orientation
Ability to work in ambiguous situations
Preferred
Advanced Degree (MBA)
Prior experience in other areas of analytics (e.g. Forecasting, Promotional Response)
Knowledge of the AZ business planning process
