Team Georgia Careers is looking for a Business & Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner, Office of - OCI. The role involves developing test plans, executing test scripts, and ensuring applications meet business requirements and standards for Georgia Access for Business.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing systems, enhancements, and integrations

Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration, performance, and security testing

Document system functionality, user scenarios, and known issues to support ongoing maintenance and training efforts

Identify, document, and track defects; verify resolution and ensure issues are addressed before deployment

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to clarify requirements and support effective system design

Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-related feedback

Maintain documentation of testing procedures, results, and quality assurance standards

Support the creation and improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools

Conduct root-cause analysis to identify patterns, recurring issues, or opportunities for system improvements
