Responsibilities
Execute and optimize large-scale SQL queries across healthcare datasets
Perform STTM (Source to Target Mapping) to align data with OMOP/CDM or other models
Collaborate closely with Data Science and Product teams to support analytics, modeling, and product development
Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of data workflows and mappings
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with healthcare standards
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of HL7 FHIR standards for healthcare data interoperability
Proven ability to analyze large, complex healthcare datasets and generate actionable insights
Experience working with OMOP Common Data Model or similar healthcare data models
Solid SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize, and run large volumes of queries
Basic familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services is sufficient
Preferred
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Passionate about healthcare data and improving patient outcomes through analytics
