Responsibilities
Design, architect, and develop scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and analytics solutions using tools like Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Hadoop, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Lead the development and operationalization of Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, diffusion models, and multi-modal systems, utilizing frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs
Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, LLAMA, catering to domain-specific needs
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and multi-modal workflows to enhance enterprise search and decision-making capabilities
Architect and optimize data lakes, Delta Lake, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric solutions ensuring data reliability, schema enforcement, and high performance
Develop and automate data pipelines for model training, evaluation, inference, and continuous learning using tools such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, and MLflow
Build and maintain enterprise data models, visualizations, and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into enterprise workflows, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance
Handle petabytes of data across multiple sources, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and analytics
Engage in NLP projects including sentiment analysis, chatbots, text classification, and computer vision tasks
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI, and Cloud Solutions
Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, Redshift) and Azure (Azure ML, AI Studio, Data Factory)
Strong knowledge of Big Data ecosystems: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Snowflake, DataBricks
Proficiency in Python, R, Scala, SQL, and Java
Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
Demonstrated experience with large language models, retrieval systems, and generative AI
Skilled in MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
Strong understanding of data modeling, database architecture (NoSQL, SQL)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure), Data Science, AI Architect certifications
