The University of Missouri is seeking an energetic Admissions and Recruitment Manager to join the Graduate Programs Office at the School of Business. This role will develop and implement strategies to recruit quality Graduate Students and represent the programs at various events to attract and enroll students for Trulaske's Master's programs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Assistant Director Admissions and Recruitment, and the Director of Graduate Programs to recruit quality Graduate Students

Develop and implement strategies to identify, track, and qualify leads and applicants, as well as other information required for the successful operation of Graduate Programs Admissions

Be the chief representative at all in-person events, both on and off campus, implementing strategies to attract, engage, and enroll students for Trulaske's Master's programs

Help to recruit students to enroll in Trulaske Master's Programs, directly supporting Trulaske's mission to develop future business leaders

Required

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

At least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired

Preferred

Previous admissions or recruiting experience in a higher ed setting
