Execute all accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial statements, reports, and summaries

Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors during audits

Mentor and develop hotel leaders in financial literacy, particularly in AR and productivity. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data

Identify and lead the evaluation and enhancement of accounting processes and systems, applying best practices to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness

Conduct financial analyses to support business decision-making, providing insights and data-driven recommendations

Perform weekly reviews of labor standard adherence and validate the accuracy of reported business levels
