In this role, you will lead pre-sales and solution delivery initiatives within Public Cloud environments, guiding customers through modernization, migration, and innovation on public cloud platforms while mentoring consultants and engineers.

Responsibilities
Architect, build, and deliver Public Cloud solutions from inception to completion, working independently or collaboratively while maintaining a hands-on technical role throughout
Work within a cross-functional technical and sales team to provide expertise in the design and planning of solutions
Collaborate with key client stakeholders and ivision subject matter experts to ensure solution alignment

Collaborate with project managers to define technical workstreams, milestones, and dependencies
Produce high-quality architecture deliverables including reference architectures, migration frameworks, and operational models
Oversee multi-workstream delivery teams, ensuring clarity of roles, interdependencies, and technical quality
Serve as escalation point for technical issues, ensuring project success through proactive leadership and communication
Lead by example through servant leadership, technical rigor, and accountability
Produce and improve reusable delivery assets to promote consistency and efficiency
Demonstrate ownership of client success, resolving delivery challenges proactively
Lead technical pre-sales engagements by translating client business objectives into clear solution architectures and delivery strategies
Conduct discovery sessions, assessments, and roadmap exercises to define scalable and secure cloud and hybrid solutions
Collaborate with Account Executives, practice leaders, and technical teams to scope work, estimate effort, and develop Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and supporting artifacts
Drive solution design sessions and whiteboarding workshops to validate technical approaches and align stakeholders
Validate solutions for operational sustainability, security, and cost-effectiveness before handoff to delivery
Maintain deep knowledge of cloud platforms and emerging technologies to guide clients on modernization and multi-cloud strategies
Partner with Marketing, Alliances, and Product teams to refine go-to-market offerings and support key partner initiatives
Ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to delivery through strong process discipline and collaboration across Consulting, Managed Services, and Delivery teams
Influence pipeline growth by shaping go-to-market offerings and participating in key client presentations
Identify inefficiencies or delivery risks in existing processes and propose executable improvements
Lead or contribute to new offering development with clear business justification
Strengthen the consulting organization through mentorship, documentation, and repeatable methods
Champion ivision’s partnership ecosystem (Microsoft, AWS, etc) by maintaining current expertise and alignment with partner initiatives
Identify and lead improvements to ivision’s consulting and pre-sales methodologies
Serve as offering owner or contributor for one or more “Ready for Sale / Ready for Delivery” initiatives, developing repeatable IP such as templates, runbooks, and implementation guides
Collaborate with Practice Directors to refine or create service offerings based on client demand and emerging technologies
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for partner related programs (Microsoft CSP/AMP/ECIF, AWS APN/MAP, etc) to maximize technical and financial outcomes
Stay current on public cloud innovations and apply insights to improve offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on delivering technical projects in a client facing role
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure and M365; working knowledge of AWS, GCP, and/or OCI preferred
Proficiency in cloud security, governance, automation, and cost management practices
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client advisory skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant certifications strongly preferred: Microsoft AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Expert), AZ-104 (Administrator), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent

Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management expertise desired
