Responsibilities
Ensure that the team receives regular, high-quality feedback to drive accountability
Maintain weekly metrics in the green. If a team member is not meeting expectations, develop and document plans with the Claims Manager to improve performance
Achieve monthly QSR scores of 90%+ for the team and address any underperformance with actionable plans
Arrange monthly meetings with the team to align on goals, discuss challenges, provide training, and foster collaboration
Maintain an average score of 1.30 or less in customer service surveys. Use survey results as coaching opportunities and ensure follow-up discussions
Act as a mentor and actively contribute to developing your team of adjusters
Qualification
Required
Substantial experience in the Southeast region
Strong background in achieving results
Minimum of 1-5 years of claims supervision
Preferred
Critical thinker
Eager to collaborate with other like-minded professionals to drive growth and strengthen the business
