Tandym Group is a medical services company in New York City, seeking a new Program Director to oversee their program in the Bronx. The Program Director will ensure quality care, manage day-to-day operations, and lead staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the program, including service delivery, compliance, and achievement of performance targets

Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions

Manage program budget and ensure fiscal responsibility

Develop and implement program content addressing client needs such as life skills, time management, and critical thinking

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards (e.g., DOH, OTDA, DHS, HUD)

Administer site operations including procurement, food service, and facility maintenance

Conduct internal audits and quality assurance reviews

Provide crisis intervention and support for critical incidents

Supervise staff performance through regular one-on-one meetings and professional development

Serve as Incident Commander and ensure a safe, secure environment
