New Grad, Entry LevelMarvel Refrigeration is seeking a detail-oriented Incoming Inspector to support their Quality team in Greenville, MI. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality standards before being released to production.

Responsibilities
Perform incoming inspections by conducting visual, dimensional, and functional checks using appropriate measuring tools, including calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and work instructions to ensure materials meet required standards
Accurately document inspection results, measurements, discrepancies, and quality issues in designated systems and records
Identify non-conforming material and generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in accordance with quality procedures
Collaborate with the Supplier Quality Engineer and cross-functional teams to address non-conforming material (NCM) and support corrective actions
Approve and release accepted materials for production, ensuring proper identification, labeling, traceability, and documentation
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support quality and production goals
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Proficiency using inspection and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. in a manufacturing environment
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred
Technical training or quality-related coursework preferred
Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment preferred
