Responsibilities
Lead a team to design and develop propulsion systems for stratospheric airships
Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with program and performance objectives
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient design delivery
Lead system validation through testing and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
10+ years of experience in mechanical design with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Expertise in actuated systems, electromechanical components, and precision mechanisms
Strong knowledge of mechanical principles like kinematics, dynamics, and thermal analysis
