Responsibilities
Prospect, engage, and close new hiring clients across healthcare and related markets
Build strategic relationships with CEOs, CROs, CHROs, and senior hiring leaders
Own the consultative sales cycle—from discovery to signed agreement
Represent Blue Ocean Hire with confidence, credibility, and industry insight
Partner closely with our recruiting team to ensure high-quality execution for every search
Set client expectations, define search strategy, and maintain communication throughout engagements
Identify opportunities for expanded business and multi-role engagements
Solve challenges proactively and maintain exceptional client satisfaction
Stay on top of healthcare talent trends, competitive intelligence, and industry movement
Bring client feedback to the team to shape new service offerings and hiring solutions
Represent Blue Ocean Hire at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
