Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and review of regulatory reports for a broker-dealer
Support end-to-end reporting processes by retrieving, aggregating, and calculating financial data
Transform raw data into reporting outputs used in regulatory filings
Identify, analyze, and resolve data exceptions and discrepancies
Perform reconciliations and control checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
Support ad hoc requests and special projects as assigned
Create, update, and enhance written desktop procedures and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
Relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and similar functions
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred
Experience supporting regulatory or financial reporting within a broker-dealer or financial services environment
Familiarity with Power BI, PowerPoint, and Power Query
Ability and willingness to expand technical and analytical skills as business needs evolve
