Responsibilities
Lead and manage a worldwide team of SI/PI engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
Define team objectives, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SI/PI capabilities and reduce design cycle time
Oversee design and modeling of power distribution networks and high-density I/O interfaces on PCBs, packages, connectors, and probe cards
Address critical SI/PI parameters such as signal reflections, bandwidth, crosstalk, and impedance control
Establish and enforce design constraints, specifications, and best practices for PCB and package layouts
Partner with internal design teams, customers, and external stakeholders across multiple global sites
Define and negotiate technical specifications aligned with business goals and customer requirements
Provide technical guidance and training to design organizations to strengthen SI/PI fundamentals
Support probe card development activities, ensuring compliance with SI/PI requirements
Drive adoption of advanced modeling, measurement, and characterization techniques to optimize performance
Influence technology roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning for future SI/PI challenges
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 12+ years of related experience, including leadership roles, with a Bachelor's degree; or 10 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience
