Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and upkeep of all properties, ensuring each is safe, functional, and aesthetically aligned with brand standards
Manage all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, A/V, etc.) and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules across locations
Lead vendor relationships for repairs, landscaping, janitorial, and capital projects
Create and maintain a unified standard of care across historic and modern spaces — balancing preservation with innovation
Oversee environmental and safety compliance, inspections, and emergency protocols
Maintain relationships with landlords and property management on the landlord’s side
Direct and develop on-site teams across multiple properties, including Facilities, Culinary, Maintenance, and Hospitality Operations
Build strong systems and culture for daily coordination across venues
Mentor property leads, ensuring consistency in guest experience and operational execution
Foster collaboration between culinary, events, and hospitality teams to deliver integrated, high-touch experiences
Oversee daily food and beverage operations in partnership with the Executive Chef and Hospitality Director
Implement efficient supply chain systems for sourcing, inventory, and procurement across properties
Support special event activations and seasonal offerings aligned with member experience goals
Serve as operational lead for new property activations — including renovations, buildouts, and openings
Partner with Executive Leadership on design, construction, and capital improvement projects
Develop long-term maintenance and capital planning for the full property portfolio
Ensure scalability and consistency of operations as new spaces come online
Develop and manage the operations and facilities budgets; monitor and forecast expenses
Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee capital improvement budgets
Track utilities, maintenance costs, and operational efficiencies to ensure responsible financial stewardship
Implement systems and KPIs for property performance, team productivity, and guest satisfaction
Ensure that every property embodies their five design principles — Belong, Integrate, Cross-Pollinate, Elevate, Accelerate
Maintain the property as a living expression of hospitality and human flourishing: clean, warm, sensory, and inspiring
Oversee execution of signature experiences — from shared meals to event transitions, outdoor activations, and sensory rituals
Work closely with Events, Membership, and Design teams to ensure space readiness and flow for 150+ annual gatherings
Interface with tenants and prototype members and be a key point of contact for tenancy and membership

Required

Demonstrated success overseeing facilities, F&B, and cross-functional operations teams
Strong understanding of construction, maintenance, and vendor management

Proven ability to manage budgets, capital projects, and operational systems at scale

10+ years of experience in multi-site operations, property management, or hospitality leadership (private club, hotel, campus, or event venue environment preferred)
