Mid, Senior LevelUniversal Pure is a high-volume, cold chain food processing facility seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. The role involves ensuring efficient product flow, maintaining cold chain integrity, and driving operational excellence while leading a team and implementing continuous improvements.

Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse functions including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound shipping
Ensure cold chain integrity throughout all handling and storage processes
Drive OTIF performance by optimizing labor, equipment, and process efficiency
Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance safety, quality, and throughput
Lead and develop a team of three salaried supervisors across a 24/7 operation
Establish a pipeline of high-potential talent to support long-term growth and succession planning
Oversee training programs aligned with warehouse SOPs to ensure consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance
Monitor team performance and lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills and maintain high safety standards
Utilize WMS to monitor inventory accuracy, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making
Conduct regular inventory audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve accuracy and operational efficiency
Maintain accurate training documentation for compliance and operational tracking
Champion a culture of safety through monthly meetings, investigations, and proactive engagement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal handling, storage, and movement of products throughout the facility
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within cold chain or food logistics
Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and industry best practices
Demonstrated success managing multi-shift operations and salaried leadership teams
Proven track record of achieving On-Time In-Full (OTIF) and other key operational KPIs
Advanced leadership skills with the ability to teach, coach, and mentor teams for performance and growth
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to withstand cold temperatures for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up
Ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally
Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs. on rollers occasionally
Ability to physically walk the production floor having a hands-on approach with problem solving
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
