This role will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and security of system updates, configurations, and deployments while leading a team of testers and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement overall testing strategies, frameworks, and methodologies for system updates, patches, and integrations

Define testing standards, best practices, and processes for the team

Author detailed and well-structured test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports

Maintain and update testing documentation as systems evolve to ensure alignment with organizational requirements

Develop simulation scripts to replicate production scenarios, including user behavior, workloads, and potential failure points

Script automated test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing

Oversee test execution cycles, track performance, document results, and identify root causes of issues

Work closely with developers, security teams, and stakeholders to resolve defects during the testing phase

Lead a team of testers, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication, and alignment of priorities

Act as the primary point of contact for testing practices and issues across departments

Analyze test results and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvements

Provide clear and actionable reports for stakeholders, summarizing outcomes and recommendations

Continuously refine testing automation, processes, and methodologies to enhance system reliability and efficiency
