Responsibilities
Build, test, and QA email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo (and occasionally other ESPs)
Set up, maintain, and optimize automation flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Winback
Apply email marketing best practices to ensure campaigns are mobile-friendly, accessible, and visually polished
Prepare and optimize creative assets using Figma or Canva; partner with designers and copywriters to bring campaigns to life
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and timing, and deliver performance reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with senior strategists and account teams to align campaign execution with client goals
Support ongoing list management, segmentation, and subscriber growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Email and SMS marketing, ideally within an agency or ecommerce environment
Deep knowledge of Klaviyo, including automations, segmentation, and deliverability optimization
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategy
Experience preparing and QA'ing creative assets in Figma and Canva
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple short-term projects simultaneously
Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable working remotely within tight timelines
Preferred
Experience with Postscript, Attentive, or Twilio for SMS automation
Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, or HubSpot integrations
Strong design or copy sensibility for refining creative elements
Prior experience supporting Black Friday/Cyber Monday or other high-volume ecommerce campaigns
