Responsibilities

You will design automated test equipment (ATE), electronic hardware, including signal conditioning equipment and interface with COTS instrumentation for system production tests, system validation and system level field test
You will work with a team of engineers for the development of Special Test Equipment that requires research, test equipment/system development, for a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including Avionics, Control Systems Telemetry, Electro-Optical and Radiation Detection Equipment; radio and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components using analog and digital data acquisition and control systems, FPGA, real-time systems, computers; and control and test equipment

Required

Prior circuit design experience
3+ years professional experience
US Citizenship is required
You will need to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Preferred

Understanding of Engineering Circuit fundamentals (analog & digital) and of product configuration control processes
Experience with designing automated test equipment (ATE), electronic hardware, including signal conditioning equipment and interface with COTS instrumentation for system production tests, system validation and system level field test
Experience reading schematic diagrams and other technical documentations
Experience with wire harness design and electronics assembly development and integration with the ability to trouble shoot and isolate the root cause of failure along with developing test plans & procedures tracible to the product and system requirements
Perform hardware engineering best practices to include requirements analysis, design, and test & integration
Experience with interactions, planning and coordination with cross-functional development teams and internal & external customers across multiple disciplines
Able to work autonomously and drive items to closure
Experience with CREO and Visio
Ability to travel on occasion
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
