Systems Analyst IV

Responsibilities
Maintain IT products, including planning and obtaining customer input and knowledge of the existing functionality and limitations
Serve as the technical expertise, providing guidance and direction to other professional staff and resolving complex problems
Participate in developing strategic plans for systems/applications development and modification within area of expertise
Review system requirements with customers and translate requirements into specific functions or deliverables
Analyze low chart processes and recommend ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through technology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field and six years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning, and scheduling a major information system project
OR Associate's Degree and seven years of experience
OR High School Diploma/GED and nine years of experience
For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of hire
Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills
Understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts
Knowledge of messaging technology
Understanding of principles of client/server configuration
Preferred
EPIC Revenue Cycle certification (can be HB, PB or claims)
Proficiency in revenue cycle building
EPIC Resolute experience
EPIC build experience
