Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end residential real estate closings with confidence and professionalism

Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders

Review and prepare title commitments, closing disclosures, and settlement statements

Resolve title issues quickly in collaboration with our in-house legal team

Maintain proactive communication to ensure a smooth and timely closing

Enhance and grow the Celebration office as a top-tier destination for agents and clients

Required

Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (required)

3+ years of experience in Florida residential closings or title processing

Strong communication and client-service professionalism

Ability to manage a pipeline accurately and efficiently

Experience with RamQuest, SoftPro, Qualia, or similar systems

Preferred

Active Florida Title License (preferred) or the ability to obtain one
