Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Development – Build and strengthen relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and agents through company leads, referrals, and industry networking
Deal Structuring – Pre-qualify borrowers, structure loan requests, and prepare quotes and term sheets tailored to each client
Pipeline Management – Manage and prioritize a dynamic pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth loan progress
Collaboration – Work closely with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to move loans efficiently from submission to close
Networking & Events – Attend industry events, conferences, and investor meetups to expand your network and generate new business opportunities
CRM Utilization – Maintain accurate records, track client activity, and manage opportunities within the CRM system
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
Proven success in private money or non-QM lending
Consistent production of $3MM+ in monthly origination volume (Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, SFR, or Bridge loans)
Strong financial acumen and ability to structure creative financing solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Encompass LOS is a plus
Driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Encompass LOS is a plus
