3+ years expBDO is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Digital Transformation & Innovation who plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives to enhance digital capabilities. The Senior Analyst will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for digital innovation, and implement solutions aligned with the strategic goals of the Tax practice.

Responsibilities
Creates prototypes and low code solutions, as required
Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations, as required
Gathers requirements from business stakeholders and translates them as features and user stories
Grooms requirements for architects and developers
Prepares technical documentation for assigned products
Performs functional product testing
Prepares test plans
Designs and tests business processes and recommends improvements
Identifies automation opportunities
Gathers and analyzes data related to assigned products and projects
Communicates insights and findings to product managers and technical leaders
Performs data discovery, analysis and modelling
Assists with project management, as required
Coordinates with National IT to schedule required reviews and deployment of tools
Other duties, as required
Acts as a direct supervisor to team members, as assigned
Acts as a mentor, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, preferred
Three (3) or more years of experience in business analysis, required
Knowledge of documenting requirement using Azure DevOps or Jira, required
Strong organizational skills
Strong technical writing skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities
Willingness to learn and stay current with emerging technologies
Data analysis and analytics skills
Knowledge of creating technical product documentation
Process design and documentation skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong management skills
Knowledge in generating process and technical documentation
Strong facilitation skills
Preferred
focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
Strong Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) skills, preferred
Fundamental knowledge of SQL Server skills, preferred
Foundational knowledge of Alteryx, preferred
