Responsibilities

Support backups, Microsoft Exchange (hybrid: on-premise and Azure), and BAU production support

Assist with supporting infrastructure and server engineering, including admin tasks

Collaborate with both US and UK teams, supporting UK infrastructure transitions

Work within a small team managing core infrastructure services and responding to production issues

Participate in rotating shift schedules and support data center operations in New Jersey and Atlanta

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure support and server engineering

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, VMware, and storage solutions

Basic networking knowledge; additional skills with Meraki are a plus

Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and non-technical business users

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with on-prem and cloud technologies, supporting both US and UK teams
