Responsibilities

Strives toward a culture of proactive safety
Foster a culture of proactive safety, continually demonstrate an unequivocal commitment to the highest standards of health and safety for the workforce
Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Monitor inventory levels and expedite orders to prevent delays in production
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal functions to resolve bottlenecks or delays
Track shipment and delivery schedules and provide updates to local leaders
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory movements
Identify and troubleshoot issues that could impact timelines or efficiency
Support purchasing and procurement teams by following up on outstanding orders
Other duties as assigned

Required

Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, escalate matters when necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and constantly meet set deadlines

Preferred

Associate's degree in business, logistics, or related field
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Prior experience with supply chain process and vendor relations
