Start in 2026 SpringTesla is a leading electric vehicle and clean energy company. They are seeking an intern for their System Software team to develop drivers, tests, middleware, and interfaces for the audio subsystem of their infotainment products.

Responsibilities
Develop drivers, tests, middleware and interfaces to user-space applications for the audio subsystem
Drive architecture and execution for audio software systems and hardware with the hardware and DSP engineers
Use existing available hardware in innovative ways to solve problems
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Write well structured, testable, efficient, and maintainable code
Build and deploy software tools, processes and metrics
Board bring-up and hardware design validation
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field of study with a graduation date between 2026 - 2027
Experience in software/firmware development
Excellent C/Python coding skills
Embedded Linux and/or Linux kernel experience is a huge plus
Experience with audio systems (ALSA, audio framework, audioflinger, audio drivers)
Experience with board /chip bring-up
