Responsibilities

Manage water resources projects from scope and proposals through contracts and delivery
Serve as primary client contact and lead teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget
Perform H&H modeling and design for dams, locks, waterways, waterfront structures, and ecosystem restoration
Conduct dam safety and condition inspections; collect field data and prepare reports
Prepare technical documents, plans, and specifications
Mentor junior staff and support team development
Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and internal teams
Support business development and prepare technical proposals
Collaborate with regional leaders and contribute to group growth

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
PE license required
8+ years of water resources engineering experience
Strong background in hydrology/hydraulics
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Preferred

Master's in Civil Engineering
Familiarity with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, ArcGIS, SITES
USACE, NEPA, and permitting experience
