Responsibilities

You will accurately administer appropriate evaluation tools based on diagnoses and age of each patient served

You will then develop a treatment plan for each patient that reflects results of the evaluation and makes recommendations for treatment

Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will keep medical records up to date, complete and in accordance with department and hospital guidelines for patients served

You will be part of a great team! You will work closely in department and interdepartmental efforts to improve process and clinical treatment

Qualification

Occupational Therapy certificationRegistered State of Michigan Occupational TherapistEvaluation tools administrationTreatment plan developmentTeam collaboration

Required

Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association

Certification in Occupational Therapy (Current registration held by the National Board for Certification or eligibility for immediate registration)

Registered State of Michigan Occupational Therapist
