They are seeking a junior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to manage the quality and performance of ODM partners, focusing on configuration and quality in their El Paso warehouse lab.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing and configuration processes within the warehouse lab
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes
Analyze workflow and identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and automation
Drive the deployment and configuration of the MES system to support real-time production tracking, traceability, and data integrity
Develop and maintain MES documentation including user guides, training materials, and SOPs
Maintain and continuously improve the site’s Quality Management System in alignment with ISO standards and internal policies
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Lead internal audits and support external audits and regulatory inspections
Develop and monitor key quality metrics and reporting tools
Ensure all manufacturing and quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory and company standards
Support validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ for equipment and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Preferred
Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards
Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools
Certification in Six Sigma, CQE, or similar is a plus
