Responsibilities
Processing a high volume of employee expense reports in a timely manner to ensure prompt reimbursement for 300-plus employees
Reviewing expense reports to ensure compliance with applicable company policies and procedures
Providing appropriate receipts and documentation for expenses billable to clients as required
Ensuring expenses are coded to the proper client project or overhead account
Researching and resolving discrepancies and issues
Corresponding with employees and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
Training and guiding employees on the use of expense report software
Providing supporting documentation for audits
Assisting in monthly close activities and performing reconciliation duties as well as other financial responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two-plus years of experience in expense management, basic accounting, or bookkeeping
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization and follow-up skills
Capable of managing multiple responsibilities with little supervision
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Preferred
Associate's degree in accounting or finance
Knowledgeable in Concur expense management software
Familiarity of OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, ServiceNow, and Deltek
