Security Account Executive

They are seeking a driven and experienced Security Account Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting various electronic security solutions.

Generating new business opportunities
Managing existing customer relationships
Promoting a full suite of electronic security solutions, including intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, fire alarm systems, and monitoring services
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven success in B2B sales; electronic security or low-voltage systems preferred
Strong technical acumen and ability to learn system design principles (training provided)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experience is a plus)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Knowledge of security brands such as Honeywell, DMP, Exacq, Avigilon, Verkada, or similar
Experience working with commercial, multi-site, or institutional customers
Familiarity with RMR-based sales (Recurring Monthly Revenue) and service agreement selling
