Responsibilities
Operate measurement tools in ISO 7 cleanroom environments
Navigate SAP, MES and camline to complete daily tasks
Complete Long-Term Stability (LTS) across multiple equipment
Identify aesthetic defects on production parts
Run automated measuring systems (AMS), such as CMM, Nikon and Flash tools
Clean and upkeep measurement machines
Retrieve and understand data from blueprints/engineering drawings
Complete reaction flowcharts
Generate QNs and tag discrepant product
Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform duties in a safe manner and observe approved safety procedures. Communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor
Consistently display our PACE values, creating a positive and collaborative environment
Other duties as assigned in support of meeting business goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
1-3 Years of Quality Experience
Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures
Good attention to detail
Experience with measuring tools, CMM etc
Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift
Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
