Level 1 Desktop Support Analyst
True Group, Inc. is a transformative solutions provider, and they are seeking a Level 1 Desktop Support Analyst to support a variety of client projects. The role involves responding to technical support tickets, resolving hardware and software issues, and providing training as needed.

Responsibilities
Respond to technical support tickets and assist in determining the nature of the technical issues, almost exclusively via remote access
Identify and assist in the resolution of hardware, software, and/or networking issues
Install new hardware systems, software upgrades, etc
Provide technical and/or operational training as needed
Document hardware configuration information, software configuration administration, network performance and network layouts
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field or relevant experience
Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization
A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
LAN and WAN experience
Preferred
Network security experience a plus
