Responsibilities

Oversee all administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and vendor relationships
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Manage technology systems, including case management software, billing platforms, and cybersecurity protocols
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Monitor accounts payable/receivable, trust accounting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
Supervise administrative staff and support personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Coordinate attorney onboarding and continuing education programs
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes collaboration and professional growth
Ensure client confidentiality and compliance with state bar and ethical guidelines
Oversee document management, records retention, and quality control processes
Support attorneys in delivering timely and accurate client communications
Partner with firm leadership to develop long-term operational strategies aligned with business goals
Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption
Assist in marketing and business development initiatives as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
5+ years of experience in law firm administration or professional services operations

Proficiency in legal practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
