Responsibilities

Provide assembly/test instructions, training and monitoring to maintain production

Assure and maintain design integrity, producibility and quality in development and production products

Develop and improve tools, fixtures and test equipment

Responsible for engineering analysis to assess non-conformances or technical issues that occur during assembly and test

Lead RCCA analyses that ensure long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems

Lead customer presentations or technical review meetings

Coordinate with multiple departments to work through roadblocks and ensure on-time delivery of hardware

Participate in hands on prototyping of new products during the development phase working closely with the design team

Mentor and coach other product engineers within the group

Required

Have Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or comparable field of technology

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, 8 years of experience preferred

Have proven ability in writing detailed work instructions

Have a deep understanding of pneumatics, pressurized systems and relevant valve experience

Have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with manufacturing, assembly and test teammates

Have self-starting instincts, solid analytical skills, and a strong sense of ownership for responsible products
