Responsibilities
Champion Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform internally and externally
Engage with customers and partners to uncover business challenges and align solutions that deliver ROI
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for CRM and related Business Applications opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and accelerate pipeline growth
Drive adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI as part of holistic business solutions
Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft licensing models and commercial frameworks
Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, including revenue and customer satisfaction metrics
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Microsoft roadmap
Participate in ongoing training and certification programmes to maintain expertise
Qualification
Required
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in SaaS sales
4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years focused on Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Business Central)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing and cloud commercial models
Proven ability to articulate business value and deliver compelling presentations to C-level stakeholders
Experience with CRM and ERP solutions; Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and digital transformation concepts
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to travel up to 25%; valid passport and driver's licence required
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 productivity tools and web technologies
Preferred
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
Experience working with channel partners and building joint go-to-market strategies
Knowledge of SaaS market trends and competitive solutions
