PS AM Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Bran+Luebbe and Johnson Pump Industrial products, spares, and services within assigned territories, directly or through agents/distributors
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including end users, system integrators, and EPCs
Identify and pursue new business opportunities; generate leads and follow up to secure orders
Conduct on-site meetings to understand customer requirements, finalize designs, and address concerns
Collaborate with Service Operations and Field Service Technicians to coordinate site visits, audits, and service activities
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on product and service delivery
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to achieve targets and address variances
Deliver compelling sales and technical presentations to stakeholders
Share market intelligence and opportunities with regional sales colleagues
Advise customers on suitable SPX FLOW solutions and propose alternatives as needed
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Support timely account receivables and coordinate with Finance/Accounts
Participate in order handover meetings and clarify project requirements
Analyze market potential and develop strategies with the Sales Director to maximize growth
Develop pricing and marketing strategies; identify and engage suitable partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights and recommendations
Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars
Uphold SPX FLOW values and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards

Required

Willingness and ability to travel extensively within North America
Strong technical expertise in pump products and processes
Effective communicator, adaptable to diverse audiences and technical levels
Skilled negotiator with strong influencing abilities
Creative problem-solver with solid engineering knowledge
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in interpreting technical, financial, and legal documents
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Collaborative team player with a professional and composed demeanor
Able to build relationships across locations and work effectively in remote settings
Valid driver's license and passport required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3–5 years' commercial experience in the American market
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Power BI)

Preferred

Established relationships within Oil & Gas and Chemical Processing industries are advantageous
Preference for candidates with direct pump or industrial rotating equipment experience and a proven sales record
Additional industrial market experience is a plus
Spanish language skills are an advantage
