Sr Cybersecurity Analyst - Communications and Training
GM Financial is a captive auto finance subsidiary of General Motors, focused on delivering top-notch cybersecurity capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering cybersecurity communications, developing training programs to raise awareness, and supporting various cybersecurity initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities
You will facilitate the creation, review, and delivery of global cybersecurity communications
You will develop, deliver, and promote an education and training program for employees to raise cybersecurity awareness across the organization
You will provide support and guidance for the anti-phishing campaign program
You will support the phishing assessment risk evaluation, data analytics, and related reporting processes
You will provide support and guidance for a variety of Cybersecurity initiatives and projects
This includes strategic planning, executive reporting, and identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in large and complex business environments with a successful track record working directly with senior level management required
At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following domains: Access Control, Telecom and Network Security, Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management, Software Development Security, Cryptography, Security Architecture and Design, Operational Security, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Legal Regulations, Investigations and Compliance, Physical (Environmental) Security, IT or Security Audit, IT or Security Compliance required
High School Diploma
Associate Degree
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
Preferred
Master's Degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and apply new knowledge to real-world problems
Willingness to continuously improve skills and knowledge, and to pursue additional training and certifications to advance in the field
Strong academic background in Cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
Demonstrated interest and passion for cybersecurity, with relevant coursework, certifications, experience, or projects
