Responsibilities

Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, spring planning, retrospectives) to gain hands-on experience with Agile methodology

Support project teams with technical writing, developing workflows, process maps, and system specifications

Help maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization

Conduct research and prepare reports to support project decision-making

Provide administrative and analytical support to project managers and senior business analysts

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate level program in one of the following majors: Mgmt Info Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field of study

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people

Help maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization

Exposure to basic Microsoft Excel

Ability to commit full-time to a 13-week program that runs May 18- August 14

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks

Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to commit to an onsite or hybrid work schedule

Preferred

Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale or equivalent thereof)
